At Maryland PMC, we treat your property like our own. Our comprehensive residential property management services are aimed at reducing costs, increasing profitability, protecting your investment, and providing outstanding service for both owners and residents.

What We Provide

Complete Property Management

For 10% of the monthly rent, we will take care of every aspect of property management for you. All you have to do is just sit back and receive the monthly deposit.


For homeowners who prefer it, we also provide an optional, on-demand services that you can opt into as needed for more specific or unique situations

Tenant Placement

We will find the right tenant for you while protecting your investment. We connect homeowners with reliable, qualified renters quickly and efficiently reducing vacancy time. In order to provide this outstanding service, we charge one month's rent to find and establish a lease for the tenant.


We conduct extensive screening for applicants including background & credit checks, housing references, and interviews.

Eviction & Accounting

We offer a focused eviction service that guides homeowners through the legal process with clarity and efficiency. From serving notices to coordinating filings and court procedures, we handle each step with professionalism and strict compliance. Our goal is to resolve situations quickly while protecting your property and minimizing stress.

Once we’ve defined what you need, we formalize everything in a straightforward agreement that outlines responsibilities, communication preferences, and service levels.


From there, we gather your information, property details,  set up systems, and coordinate any necessary inspections, and tenant communications. The goal is to quickly establish a structured yet flexible management framework so your property is fully supported from day one.

You can step back with confidence and trust once an agreement is signed according to the service you choose.


Once setup, our system will create homeowners a seamless balance of passive income and personalized support, allowing you to stay as involved—or as hands-off—as you choose.
